Hi guys. Hope you are all doing well and that you are getting into the Christmas spirit. Things are still so busy at my office that I feel it should now only be July. Nevermind end of 2017 with Christmas approaching. I have not even started thinking about Christmas shopping and already the inlanders and their driving abilities is a constant reminder of how much I still have to do before the end of the year. With all this stress going on I have some shopping therapy today with my Haul : November 2017.
Haul : November 2017
I have said so many times before how much I love doing haul posts. I love reading them, writing them and love watching them on YouTube. You mos know that “want-to-need” list that is constantly growing. It looks like Cinderella’s “chores” list from the Walt Disney movies, its never ending. Hopefully I enable some of you guys as well so that its not just me that is completely broke.
Glamglow Gift Set
These four Glamglow masks are my absolute favourite from the whole range. I have a fun review coming early in Jan. The super mud (white) one is extremely clearing and it helps my combination skin to behave. The hydrating (blue) one is super moisturising and hydrating on the skin and I can immediately tell a difference. Now the gravity mud (purple) is a fun silver colour and peels off. I only used this once before and did not really see a difference but it was super fun using it. The youth mud (black) one is exfoliating and extremely gritty. They are all a luxurious treat and I jumped when I saw these sets available.
The Body Shop Luxury Facial Flannel
I have very recently done a battle of the brands post featuring this cleansing cloth here. They are the best and currently the only one I use, well mostly the only one. Currently TBS is running a 3for2 sale on EVERYTHING and I could not resist, so I stocked up on these cloths. Its like an eraser for makeup – it just takes everything off so easy. And best part is that its super affordable.
Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil & Ready, Set, Brow
For the longest time I have been wanting to try Benefit brow products and Im not going to lie….. In the hype I totally got the wrong products. I would love to try the precisely, brow pencil and the 3D browtones. But this is a start and I look forward to putting these to the test and even compare them to some similar products I already have in my collection. Benefit is alway on point with their packaging and its a problem for my wallet, cause I just want to buy everything.
L’oreal Lip Paint / Matte in Hollywood Beige
I found these just in time, was literally about to appoint a private investigator to locate this lippie for me. The colour looks gorgeous, a beautiful everyday pink that looks like it will go with most makeup looks. The texture is like velvet and if I like it, I am sure that I will pick up some more shades.
Maybelline Vivid Hot Laquer in Too Cute
This was a purchase inspired by The Good Housekeeping Magazine. It was featured the month before last and I fell in love with the colour. I hope that it will suite my skin tone as this is another pretty day time colour. It looks a little on the glossier side – not always my favourite formula, but I am still excited to try a new lippie.
Palladio Blusher in Toasted Apricot
We have been making googly eyes at each other for months now. I took the plunge and asked her if she will come home with me. ???? It would seem that there is a very strong pink theme running through this month’s haul : November 2017. I cannot wait to dig into this blush. I imagine it to be pigmented and easy to blend with a good wear time as well. This is definitely one of those blushers that if I like it, there is already another colour that I am eyeing. Holding thumbs.
These are all the goodies I picked up in November, with maybe another sneaky haul to follow soon.
What did you pick up and what do you suggest I add to me “need-to-want” list.
